  1. Okay, this is a tad overdue considering this hangout was 4 days ago but I’ll do a recap anyways.

Woke up around whenever Yan came over, it kind of took us a while to get ready so I felt bad that she came over so early lol (sorry Yan! ;~;). Headed to Denny’s first and then decided to head to Westfield Topanga since that’s where we were meeting up with the others later. I was told that we were meeting around 1pm and that’s the time we arrived but the others didn’t get there until 3pm so we were already tired of walking around the mall. (We were sorta really agitated at this point but it’s whatever.) Despite the fact that we waited for what felt like forever, I got my Macbook Pro charger replaced for free so I wasn’t as cranky as the others but still sort cranky. Killed time, ventured a bit, then met up with Joevin, Ben, Kris, Stanley, and Dionne + her boyfriend and waited/sat around at the mall for another hour or so because people wanted to go Christmas shopping. T~T’ Nam, Ricky, Jon, Yan, and I were really sick of the mall by then so we all opted to go somewhere to eat. Went to B.C.D Tofu House to eat. It wasn’t as fulfilling as I hoped but it was okay, I was content. After dinner, we went to the Asian House to play chubby bunny (Thank you Joevin for planning the outing and having access to the Asian House! You’re the best<3) and we also played hide-and-go-seek outside. The rules were kind of ridiculous because all the doors to the house (which was base) were supposed to be locked except for one, and the person who was “it” had the keys and the power to decide which door remained unlocked. It was freakin creepy especially since they had House music coming from the house (lol see what I did there? ;D) but it was lots of fun regardless. It felt like I was reliving my track days LOL. We were kind of exhausted from running around in the cold so we decided to go karaoking at Carnival Karaoke afterwards. Sang our hearts out for two hours until we were exhausted. After we camwhored a bit and said our long goodbyes, we had a little mishap with some drunk Korean people on our way out…it was really awkward and kind of scary but everything was okay in the end so yay! We got unluckily lucky. Had some good conversations with Jon and Ricky on the way home, tucked Nam into bed, packed my stuff for the trip home the following day, and crashed pretty hard. Overall, I had a really great time even though it was a spontaneous meetup and it was nice seeing everyone again (and meeting the new additions as well!) I love how no matter what happens, somehow and someway, we always manage to see each other again. Even if it is a spontaneous, spur of the moment, kind of thing. But yeah, thanks for coming out guys! Let’s meet up again next year :)
